- Develop and Host a Property Webpage with Links to Video Webpage and Photo Tours
- Provide Video File and Assistance to Upload it to Youtube, your Franchise Website & Other Sites
- Assist in Linking Tours to MLS, your Franchise Website, Realtor.com and Your Website
- I will video Agent with Green Screen for Intro & Outro's if desired.
- All Marketing includes your "Unique Selling Advantages", like a Handyman Program, or other special services you offer

For Properties Initially Priced $150,000 or less:
$150 Up Front + $150 @ Closing = $300 Total Cost (if Sold)*
For Properties Initially Priced $150,001 to $300,000:
$200 Up Front + $200 @ Closing = $400 Total Cost (if Sold)*
For Properties Initially Priced $300,001 to $500,000:
$300 Up Front + $400 @ Closing = $700 Total Cost (if Sold)*
For Properties Initially Priced Over $500,001:
$400 Up Front + $500 @ Closing = $900 Total Cost (if Sold)*
*If property does not sell, your only cost is the "Up Front" Fee
Agent Video with choice of video/photo background: $150 and up.
Change of Season Redo of Video & Photo Tours: $150 and up.
